my knees are worse than ever, I am sentenced to room

there was beautiful sunshine today, with no wind

so early afternoon i went to try my luck with ice-fishing. surprisingly i didnt catch anything, but at least i was having sunbath for an hour at least, just laying on the ice. unbelievably calm, silent, and soothing moments

then I came back to the house to heal my knees. i applied the well-known sausage-treatment

sausage from freezer, my knees got much better, so i went skiing into the sunset

when i came back I met some finnish guests, later we went to the sauna together. language lesson in the steam, with ice-bath breaks
